Making Psychology Accessible for Everyone
Ag Verd is an educational platform that brings psychological knowledge to Canadian adults through structured programs, practical exercises and clearly written resources. We believe understanding human behaviour starts with clear explanations and responsible content.
Who We Are
Ag Verd B.V. was established in 2023 as an educational organization dedicated to bringing psychology out of academic textbooks and into everyday conversations. We develop learning programs, exercises and articles that help adults understand emotions, habits, motivation, communication and decision-making.
Based in Haarlem, Netherlands, our platform serves Canadian adults who want to learn about psychology in an educational setting. We work with specialists in educational psychology, communication and personal development to create content that is accurate, accessible and practical.
Our resources are available in English with French-language materials in development to serve learners across all Canadian provinces and territories.

How We Teach Psychology
Our educational approach is built on three principles: clarity, structure and practical application. Every program follows a consistent format that helps learners build understanding step by step.
Clear Explanations
Concepts are introduced in plain language, with examples drawn from everyday Canadian life. No unnecessary jargon, no academic prerequisites.
Structured Modules
Each program is divided into focused modules that build on each other. Learners progress at their own pace through a logical sequence of topics.
Hands-On Exercises
Every module includes worksheets, reflection prompts or observation exercises that connect theory to personal experience.
Review and Reflection
Programs include review checkpoints that help learners consolidate knowledge and assess their own progress without external testing.

Educational Psychology in Practice
Our platform covers key areas of psychology that are relevant to everyday life, personal growth and communication.

Understanding emotions is central to how people interact with others and make decisions. Our programs teach learners to recognize emotional responses, expand their emotional vocabulary and reflect on how feelings influence behaviour. These skills are valuable in work, family and social settings.
Habits and Routines
How daily habits form, why some stick and others fade, and how to observe your own patterns with curiosity rather than judgement.
Motivation
Internal and external motivation, realistic goal setting, understanding barriers and reviewing progress without pressure.
Communication
Active listening, constructive feedback, non-verbal signals, navigating difficult conversations and setting personal boundaries.
Decision-Making
Cognitive biases, thinking errors, risk perception and how personal values shape the choices people make every day.

All programs and resources are available online, allowing learners to study from anywhere in Canada. Our materials are designed for self-paced learning, which means you decide when and how much time to spend on each module.
